Dear Customers,

We had recently an increased number of failed IPCC7210W upgrades performed by customers who downloaded the software from our site.

In view of that we decided to remove the download link for the upgrade and offer a Remote Upgrade performed by Customer Service, free of charge.

To do so, please send an email to cs@ipcam-central.com, describing the problem you encounter, requesting upgrade, specifying your current FW and WebUI version installed, and providing your availability for the upgrade. (9AM to 6PM ET, M-F).
