I installed an IPCC-7210W HDPro a year or so ago, and have been very pleased with its operation. A couple of weeks ago the alarm email function stopped working. I verified email settings were correct (the test was successful), and they matched those of another camera on site which was working properly. The motion detection appeared to be working okay, as the pics were being saved to the SD card. I called customer service and set up a time for troubleshooting. He was very helpful and thorough in trying to diagnose the problem. We ended up performing a factory reset, as the firmware was apparently corrupt as a result of a lightning power surge. I went through setup again and it appears to be fine now. BTW, after doing the factory reset and connecting cam to router via Ethernet, the camera wasn't detected, so I had to reboot my modem/router in order for it to be recognized (possibly a "feature" of my ISP).
