This is a known bug. WEBUI release 9.1.28.45_J is fixing the problem.

The installation of the WebUI is performed by Customer Service and requires the scheduling of a remote service session. This is done to avoid a failed camera upgrade by the customer which will automatically void the warranty by the manufacturer.

I just stopped using Firefox rather than messing around with an upgrade, and just used the BlueIris program which has the option of reversing the Pan and Tilt direction. The picture is soooo  sharp. I love that program....[crazy]

I'd like to get an upgrade done to my software to solve this problem. I could mentally flip it when I only had one camera, but now I have two -- one with the upgraded firmware and one without. It would be nice if they were both the same.
